Josalyn has been around animals from a very young age. She had fish, hamsters and a guinea pig named Gizmo while growing up. She started her career with animals in 2001 working at a doggie daycare where she gained lots of knowledge in animal behaviour and care. In 2016 Josalyn joined the veterinary field working at a small animal clinic in Ajax and joined the team at Harwood Pet Hospital in the summer of 2019. She has two dogs, Yukon and Honey who keep her very busy. She also has a bearded dragon named Thor and freshwater fish. In her spare time, she along with Yukon and Honey enjoy hikes with her husband as well as going to the family cottage.
